Level 3 is where most of the local citizenry go to shop. Featuring such establishments as Butch's Butchery, Merabor's Infirmary, The Way Station, The Message in a Bottle Tavern, and The Fish Emporium, this level is always crowded with the daily business of the city's inhabitants. Visit Critaceous, Certified Curios and The Temple of the Three Sisters for sure.

34. The Way Station - The center of all materials that arrive and depart via teleport from Floating City. It has a schedule that is kept every day. Two incoming and two outgoing teleports to Plateau City which people can take. In the middle of the night there is a freight only teleport. There is also an occasional teleport to the Southern Continent. A few hours before each daytime teleport, freight wagons and their draft animals usually line up along the street leading to the west of the building. Youths will usually show up around these times and offer to clean the street and water the animals for a few coppers.

84. The Waystation: Receiving Annex - Across the street from the Waystation, this is the warehouse that stores received freight from Plateau City. There are guards and workers around the clock.
85. The Waystation: Dispatch Annex - Next door to the Receiving annex, this warehouse stores freight scheduled to be teleported out.
86. Nori’s Home Cookin' - Founded a few years ago, but Nori has since retired and her Daughter Carmen now runs the business. The shop makes breads and their specialty is lunches which consist of breads stuffed with various meats and sauces. The most popular is a Curry Alligator, which most just order as “Spicy Gator”.
