Here's a guide for a DM wanting to roleplay entry into the WLA: Joining the Woldian League of Adventurers

Here's a description of the First Chapterhouse in Plateau City near the Red Wyrm Inn:

Now, most WLA chapterhouses are just taverns or inns that serve dual functions, or else small buildings devoted to training, mostly in combat arts. You fight in the yard out back; you study in a small room with a few shelves. But the First Chapterhouse, in Plateau City, on the other hand, is something else. It is not luxurious, not fancy, but there are several functional touches that reveal money spent. The teleportal circle is one. The Continual Flames providing light everywhere is another. The smokeless kitchens are fueled with daily castings of Rose’s Temperature Control. The demonstration arena where the audience is shielded by permanent Walls of Force. The house is big, with several libraries; sparring facilities; a pool in the basement for training swimming, toughness, and endurance; a summoning circle for calling outsiders; a generic chapel to all the Gods of the Wold, the small but fertile garden out back, and, no doubt, secrets that members’ dues have made possible for the training of mysterious arts.

The leader at the First Chapterhouse is retired Shining Dragon xxx, a gnome, who can be found at the bottom of the Dragon Consortium page: Ballatime Brooks, or BeeBee, is a middle-aged gnome with a shock of orange hair that stands like a sheaf of wheat. He wears sturdy adventuring garb with lots and lots of pockets and always carries a Lyre of Building. His experiences in Koshe Marr have unhinged the brilliant mind somewhat (his way of coping with the horrors) and often ends a sentence or thought with a random piece of trivia.

A Knowledge DC10 check can reveal: This is Ballatime Brooks, a retired member of the Shining Dragons. He is a bard, and it is said he retired after seeing the horrors of Koshe Marr. An eccentric, they say, but also a Hero of the WLA.

Of course, the symbol of the WLA in Old High Woldian is everywhere. Also, you see the ancient motif in decor here and there: The faces of Fighter, Cleric, Thief, and Magic-User.
