Marching order

Standard marching order:
Row 1: Airin (scout)
Row 2: Gaerin & T'shalla (shock troopers)
Row 3: Eclip & Artan (reinforcement and/or spell support)
Row 4: Kaido & Pathos (flankers and/or spell support)
Row 5: Larien & Giovanni (spell support)
Row 6: Grif (reinforcement)
Row 7: Fint & Xesor

Single file: Airin, Isilme, T'shalla, Gaerin, Pathos, Eclip, Artan, Larien, Giovanni, Grif.

Standard Operating Procedure

1.	Scouting Prep
  a.	Darkvision cast by Larien on Airin & Gio with Extend rod, and Pearl of Power (Gio)
    i.	Extended Spell Duration: 16hours
  b.	Spiderclimb cast by Airin on self
    i.	Spell Duration: 40 minutes
  c.	Message cast on everyone, Giovanni & Lady Larien taking turns in casting the spell
    i.	Spell duration: 80 minutes
    ii.	Range: 180ft.
  d.	Larien casts Mage armor on self and on T’shalla, 
         each with an Extend rod and T’shalla’s Pearl of Power 
    i.	Extended Spell Duration: 16 hours

2.	Airin scouts ahead (max range: 150ft) as rest of group waits
  a.	Always stays in Message range
  b.	Gives okay to follow at distance, unless battle must be joined
  c.	Gives coordinates on map where group should not go past that round, if applicable.
  d.	Drow don goggles if necessary.

3.	Non-combat Rounds
  a.	Spotting & Listening where applicable.
  b.	Inspire Competence should be used for the aforementioned only 
         if we are not trying to be stealthy.

4.	First Combat Round
  a.	Pathos or Giovanni Inspires Courage
  b.	Whichever Bard does not Inspire Courage, should cast Summon Monster to help flanking, if applicable.
  c.	Gaerin & T’shalla enter melee or Power Up 
  d.	Eclip & ARTAN move forward and act as flankers/reinforcement
  e.    Kaido moves to flank targets for sneak attack
  f.    Airin does her sneaky attacks
  g.	GRIF moves into combat or positions Larien to cast necessary spells
  h.	Pathos or Gio, whoever does not Inspire Courage, attacks or casts spell.
    i.  If Gio casts Confusion spell, it should be at end of round unless we need targets to attack us automatically next round.
  i.    Fint and Xesor act as backup, using missile or magic ranged attacks.
