Benefit
You gain the benefits of the following feats: Craft Magic Arms and Armor, Craft Rod, Craft Staff, Craft Wand, Craft Wondrous Item and Forge Ring. You must still meet the listed requirements for any particular item in order to craft it.
All xp costs are waived when making a Wold-unique item (both when making an item you designed or when making one designed by another Woldian), but not when making an item from the core rules.
