Current Events

The Sargrass Plains have returned thanks to the efforts of all the Wold's greatest heroes and is once again open to adventure for all those brave and hearty enough to survive it. Duke Abelard Rowan, keen on expanding in to the plains hired a group to accompany his fleet in the the plains. The expedition went from disaster to disaster and only a handful reached the ruins that were once Rattledam. After meeting a few locals they are travelling to the crystal mountains...

The Story so far

Volume 2 - New Beginings (for the prelude see "History" below)

Chapter 1: The Audience (Aug 12 2018) - Duke Abelard Rowan gathers a group daring enough to help build a foothold within the wild region of the Sargrass Plains.

Chapter 2: The Nixie Queen (Aug 24 2018) - The group set sail in to the unknown and start exercising a diplomatic path to reach a landing point. But after they meet their new neighbours for the first time they start to wonder if diplomacy will be enough...

Chapter 3: The Interlude (Jan 28 2019) - Things take a twist when a strange little fellow turns up who enlightens the adventurers and shows them things that will change their outlooks forever!

Chapter 4: Onward to Rattledam (Feb 4 2019)

Scene 1: A town of promise (March 4 2019) - The survivors head to the remains of what was once Rattledam to try and start afresh

• Ahyoka - a Manfri wise woman with a barbed sense of humour (follows the Walker-Sar).
• (Duke) Abelard Rowan - The patron and money behind the expansion - safe back at Hook City.
• Askel Sturmsen - Chief of Operations (head of the spellcasting contingent) - deceased.
• Broag Ironshield - a tough refugee dwarf with a centre parting and an ugly scar.
• Freakshow - a 'Harvester' elf covered from head to toe in tattoos, with an impressive assortment of nose and cheek rings and a 12" blue mohawk haircut. A follower of the Warper-Sar or evolutionist.
• Mahyawu - a mysterious Manfri Seer who first taught the party about Sargrass.
• Needle - 7' tall and rail thin a 'Climber' (walks on stilts) who makes strange hand movements as he speaks. Needle is helping the party rebuild Rattledam.
• (Father) Nokter Labeo - The Dukes Seneshal (safe back at Hook City).
• Signi Harvaldar - Captain of the expedition - deceased
  
• Smithira - an ever-practical refugee redhead woman with a high-pitched voice.
• Sprocket Gearhead - a refugee gnome clergyman.
• Thich - a human monk covered in scars from the stone temple in the crystal mountains, able to sing the silent sing that allows passage through them. Also a follower of the Warper-Sar and evolutionist.
