Beordir (Galen) AC: 22/15/17, CMD 20, Saves: 6/7/6, HP: 53 / 53  d20+9=11 ;

Beordir watches as the orangish gas emanate from the barrel and it's effect on the disabled golem with interest, then remembers that Atlas asked a question. "I don't have a dispersal method at my disposal. I think I could move through it without effect....maybe. I could climb around it, but I don't think I could get everyone past it."

Beordir looks at the gas closer, sniffs it from quite a distance away and opens his mouth for a brief taste to see if he can identify it.

(OOC What is with my rolls? Knowledge Arcana d20+9=11 ; )

Atlas Sunowl (Trey) AC: 24 (RESISTANCE TO B/P/S - T 14 FF 20) , CMD: 26/21, HP 63/86

"OK, another idea. Lets get the guard down here to watch this while we go hunting for the other casks, before their timers go off."

Talking to himself in a mutter, clearly beating himself up over last night's decision, "I guess we should have continued down here last night instead of wasting the night away in our beds dreaming of merrier things."

I share Atlas's regrets, but sometimes, you just have to make a decision and go with it.

Beordir smiles at Atlas' comment, "Sure we could have gone last night, but we would have been unprepared for something else. Ya never know."

Armand (Robert D) AC 17/touch11/flat15 HP 57/63 CMD 18 Character Sheet

"Somehow Atlas, I don't think it would have mattered when we went down the hole."

Armand continues to study the vapor cloud, detect magic and detect poison up. What roles do you want me to make to identify?

Elyngael (Lynnette D) AC: 20 (T:14, FF:16), CMD 20, HP 65/65
Monday October 30th, 2017 9:26:12 PM

Elyngael reminds Atlas. "No one fights well or thinks well without rest. We had no reason to suspect anything like this. On the other hand, I don't want to stand here any longer, either. If this stuff dissipates soon, let's move onward, otherwise, we are wasting time. We can always go back and sound an alarm to keep others from harm, and maybe see who is waiting for our deaths?"

Elyngael counsels restraint and deliberation before rushing off.

Armand: (the necklace will get you through the gas with no problem). too cautions the party to not mess around with the flesh dissolving gas. You have never seen something like this.

Yurr'Neshi thinks of a novel way to get rid of the gas.

Mack: takes Armands advice and keeps well away from the fumes.

Boerdir has no idea what the gas is. it tastes sour on the tongue, just before it starts a burning sensation.

Atlas: berates himself for not striking while the iron was hot.

‘Osul: ?

Talya ?

The party discusses the gas, the battle and has a bit of a post action review. when everyone suddenly notices that the smell is gone. looking at the barrels, the crack has sealed and there does not seem to be any gas in the tunnel at all....as a matter of fact, the air smells like spring, Honeysuckle, cut hay, warm breezes and sunshine...which is really strange considering you are in a sewer. whats even stranger is it's almost like you can feel the sun on your brow. and can almost hear birds singing. The sewer is still there, but there is a presence in the tunnel with you now.....

"What just...? I suggested we move, but we stayed, and ... is this the third choice I mentioned?", he asks, sniffing the air - still at a distance from the visible gas.

Talya (Jacob J) AC: 19 (T:13, FF:16), CMD 16, HP 50/50

"An illusion? Or the gas is a hallucinogen? What is going on?"

Talya fumbles with her scarf and hastily draws it over her mouth in a feeble attempt to create an air filter.

Atlas looks about, confused. "Mack, what did you just do to me? I feel like my sword is lighter and it smells like I am back in the countryside. What is happening?"

Perception Check: 1d20+9=16

Guidance (+1 on single attack roll) - 10 rds remaining

Armand (Robert D) AC 17/touch11/flat15 HP 57/63 CMD 18 Character Sheet  d20+4=9 ;
Tuesday October 31st, 2017 5:52:01 PM

"This is very strange. It can't be a mass hallucinogen from those vapors because my shiny necklace would protect me from that."

Armand looks around, still having detect magic active. Perception 9. (d20+4)

He rushes in to assess the destroyed golem and pick up the valuables that were visible after the gas worked the corpse over. However, at the first sign of his flesh or clothing melting off he will retreat.

"Maybe we should get in here, at least then we'd have some maneuverability room." Assuming Armand is in one piece.

Elyngael (Lynnette D) AC: 20 (T:14, FF:16), CMD 20, HP 65/65  d20+15=32 ;
Tuesday October 31st, 2017 7:51:36 PM

Elyngael readies a cold iron arrow and calls Khan to her side. She looks around trying to spot anything.
Perception (d20+15=32)
